Summary: The room was clean, but housekeeping checks weren’t done. The room was missing a glass and coffee pods and the soap dispenser in the shower didn’t have the plastic straw, so one pumps and nothing dispenses. The front desk manager this morning- a lady- was lovely and kind; whoever was on duty last night when we arrived at 19h was the opposite, scoffing at my credit card when I handed it to him- the stereotypical French response, unfortunately.
